Brights Shine Through

I am drawn to complementary colors and their contrast in both value and intensity. In this case the oranges and blues contrast as do the red orange and blue green. Spots of yellow create the lights shining through. Color and texture provide interest, and movement is created through the broken lines and angles of the brush strokes.

This 1.5" canvas is unframed with painted edges that wrap around the painting. Framing is optional, however if you would like to have the work framed, I would suggest a contemporary black wooden frame. Please contact me for an estimate.
