Violet Dominates

This is a rework of an earlier painting so there are many layers that result in a heavily textured surface. The cool color palette focuses on variations of violet, from deep violet to red violet. I love the layers of color and how they interact.

This .75" canvas is unframed with painted edges that wrap around the painting. Framing is optional, however if you would like to have the work framed, I would suggest a contemporary black wooden frame. Please contact me for an estimate.
